Pipeline Activity:

It is a problem solving activity. Participants are expected to carry the marbles from the start point to the end through tactical pipe placement. This helps employees understand the importance of presenting quality work to customers by managing time.

The Big Little Bike Bonanza

This activity helps build sportsmanship and leadership skills. Participants need to rebuild the dismantled car or wheelchair. The wheelchairs can then be donated as charity or can be a part of corporate social responsibility initiative.

Lego challenge

Lego challenge allows participating groups to work together to build a structure with the lego bricks. Since each individual is given a secret assignment to perform; it involves decision making skills, problem solving approach and makes the collaborative process more challenging. This activity highlights leadership skills, smooth flow of communication, better cooperation and ownership while maintaining patience.

Chain reaction contraption

The CRC challenge is an exciting team program to spur teamwork and creativity in your corporate function. It involves building a creative chain reaction that topples down in domino style and thus entwines the ingenious challenges with its mind bending obstacles. The teams are expected to assemble the equipments in a proper arrangement for the mechanism to execute.

The teams are provided with all the materials: domino blocks, cardboard planks, ping pong balls, balloons, levers and pipes. They will be informed in advance regarding the length of the route from the start point to the end and will be judged basis their creativity, structure and aesthetic.

If the chain reaction is successful, it leaves a great feeling of achievement and goal attainment. This engaging activity helps understand the core company values in the team and focuses on maintaining balance between individuality and functionality.

The Big picture

Every organization has always put emphasis on The Big Picture. The great teams are those that have shared thoughts and ideas for a common goal. It is a fun activity combining imagination and creativity.

Employees are segregated into small groups and each individual is responsible for a small piece of painting that makes The Big Picture. Teams must plan well and work in tandem to connect their individual pieces into one big picture. Effective coordination is required for each canvas to fit perfectly. The Big Picture image can be a representation of a company’s brand, conference theme, products, values, goals or even a recreation of a famous work of art. This depicts that every employee’s contribution and efforts play an essential role in shaping company’s success.

Film team building

This activity encourages employees to appreciate each other’s ideas and efforts. No movie can be a blockbuster without combined team work.

The team is required to make a movie that consists of 1 fight scene, 1 romantic scene and 1 emotional scene. The duration of performance is 5 minutes and discussion time limit is set to 20 minutes. The winners are then announced in the following categories: Best Film, Best Script Writer, Best Hero Male and Best Hero Female.

Lock clue escape rooms

It provides an unique experience where the team is expected to solve puzzles and find clues. The participants should use their intellectual and critical problem-solving skills in the given time limit to escape the themed environment or the locked room.

This activity can be thrilling and infuriating, all at once. Hence, it helps to know your co-worker’s capabilities better and support each other under such circumstances in real life. Though the scripts are difficult and challenging, it is possible to accomplish the task when the team works in unison.

The Cardboard Boat Building Challenge

This is a half day activity that engages the team to build a functional boat with cardboard and packing tape. Each team is required to think quickly and use their creative skills to design and build a sea worthy vessel within the limited time frame.

The Cardboard Boat Building Challenge is highly engaging and entertaining off-site activity. At the core of this Challenge is a real business model where real elements of the actual business are constructed right into the event. In addition to having a great time together, participants will take away lessons that will benefit the business for a long time.

Corporate Top Chef

In “The Food Truck Challenge”, teams prepare scrumptious food and decide the cost of the dish. The teams also have to decorate their own food truck, create a brand name and logo that will be appealing to the audience.

Handcart building challenge

Teams are provided with all the necessary equipments to build a cardboard cart that can carry 2 team members. A race will be conducted in the end to spot the most creative durable cart. The challenge is to prepare a firm and solid cart by using their operation, logistic and creative skills.
